Floral Ice Cubes!

Cool down this summer with floral ice cubes, perfect for entertaining and brightening your drinks. These are super easy to make and will leave your guests talking! Edible flowers that work best are orchids, pansies, apple blossoms, roses and daisies.


Steps:

  1. Fill an ice tray (one that makes large cubes so the ice will last longer) a quarter of the way with water, add edible flowers facing down, and freeze
  2. Add more water to fill halfway , and freeze
  3. Fill the top, and freeze again
  4. For ice clarity use distilled water that had been boiled and then cooled. This limits bubbles
